By creating an account or using any service on FPH Tokens, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2️⃣ ELIGIBILITY
Users must be 18 years or older to use this platform.
Only one account per user is allowed.
Multiple accounts may result in suspension or permanent ban.
3️⃣ ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
Any activity performed using your account will be considered your responsibility.
FPH Tokens will not be responsible for any loss due to unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
4️⃣ DEPOSITS
All deposits must be made through the supported methods available on the platform.
Deposits are credited only after successful confirmation.
Pending or failed deposits will not be added to the user balance.
5️⃣ DAILY PROFIT
Daily profit can be claimed once every 24 hours.
Profit will be added automatically to the user’s balance after successful claim.
Any attempt to abuse the profit system may result in account suspension.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Users can earn referral bonuses by inviting others through their referral link.
Referral bonus is calculated as a percentage of successful deposits only.
No referral bonus is given on registration without deposit.
Referral bonus is added automatically to the total balance.
7️⃣ WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours.
Users must meet the minimum withdrawal requirements (if applicable).
FPH Tokens reserves the right to review or reject any withdrawal request suspected of fraud or misuse.
8️⃣ PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Creating multiple accounts
Using fake or misleading information
Exploiting system bugs or loopholes
Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.
9️⃣ ACCOUNT SUSPENSION / TERMINATION
FPH Tokens reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in suspicious activities.
🔟 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FPH Tokens is not responsible for:
Any financial loss due to market risks
Technical issues beyond our control
Delays caused by third‑party services
Users use the platform at their own risk.
